Long Beach Coast Taps Trademark Brewing as Official Concessionaire
Local Brewery to Bring Craft Beer, Signature Ballpark Eats, and Long Beach Hospitality to Blair Field
LONG BEACH, CA – The Long Beach Coast today named Trademark Brewing, the locally owned brewery and taproom, the Official Concessionaire of the club ahead of its inaugural season at historic Blair Field.
Founded in Long Beach by husband-and-wife team Sterling Steffen and Ilana Steffen, Trademark Brewing will oversee all food and beverage operations throughout the ballpark, bringing a distinctly Long Beach flavor to the Coast game day experience.
Fans can expect a lineup of signature menu items created exclusively for the season, including the 9th Inning Smash Burger, Elote Street Corn Cup, and “The Regulator” loaded hot dog, alongside a curated selection of Trademark Brewing craft beers available throughout the stadium.
In addition to featuring Trademark Brewing favorites, the partnership will also spotlight the city’s thriving craft beer scene through a rotating tap program showcasing breweries from across Long Beach throughout the season.
The partnership represents a major investment in elevating the fan experience at Blair Field while continuing the club’s emphasis on supporting local businesses and highlighting Long Beach culture.
“One of our goals from day one has been to create an experience that feels authentically Long Beach,” said Paul Freedman, Co-Founder of the Long Beach Coast. “Trademark Brewing embodies the creativity, community spirit, and local pride that make this city special. We’re excited for fans to enjoy incredible food, local craft beer, and high-quality entertainment right here at home.”
For Trademark Brewing, the partnership marks an expansion of the brewery’s footprint within the city while introducing its brand and hospitality experience to thousands of baseball fans throughout the inaugural season.
“We’ve always believed great beer and food bring people together, and baseball does the same thing,” said Sterling Steffen, Founder of Trademark Brewing. “Partnering with the Long Beach Coast gives us an opportunity to create something uniquely Long Beach — a place where families and fans can come together to enjoy a great night out without leaving the city.”
The partnership kicks off with a fan watch party at Trademark Brewing on May 19 for the first Long Beach Coast game in club history. Fans are invited to gather at the taproom beginning at 6:00 PM to watch the Coast’s inaugural road game, with the first pitch scheduled for 6:35 PM. Fans are encouraged to RSVP in advance at: https://tinyurl.com/lbcoastbb.
Throughout the season, Trademark Brewing will also be featured through in-stadium branding, specialty hospitality offerings, and collaborative fan experiences tied to the partnership.
As preparations continue for Opening Day, the Long Beach Coast and Trademark Brewing are also inviting the community to attend a seasonal hiring fair for stadium operations roles including concession workers, hawkers, and retail associates.
The hiring fair will take place Friday, May 15 at 11am to 2pm at Trademark Brewing (233 E Anaheim Street, Long Beach) and will focus on building a game day staff that reflects the energy of the Long Beach community.
The Long Beach Coast will begin play in the Pioneer Baseball League on May 19, 2026, with the home opener set for June 2 at Blair Field. Additional food offerings, specialty menu items, and themed hospitality experiences will be announced throughout the season.
